Description:

Requirements: College degree prefered but not required. 7 years or more experience in similar manufacturing environment. Ability to work as part of a team. Experience with ISO 9001 and/or GMP. Strong leadership skills. Experience in lean manufacturing and various quality systems a plus.

Responsibilites: Our plant manager will primarily manage the day to day operation of our 24 hour manufacturing facility including personel and resources. The safety, training, productivity and quality of our personel are the premier responsibilities of the plant manager. The plant manager oversee production control, scheduling and maintanence. They shall assist in setting quality objectives and shall be responsible for achievment. They shall also have an active roll within our safety and ISO committees. The position reports directly to the company president and has approximately 40 direct reports.
